"I called State Farm and spoke with Susie Kang with many questions about my policies. It got down to the who, what and where am I covered, how much do I pay and what I might receive in a time of need. It was explained in terms I understood with the possibility of reducing rates. For instance I was asked to submit the current mileage of my two vehicles which I complied. A couple hours later I was txt with their findings which were favorable to me. I still had a few clarifying questions and later received a call from Isabel, a coworker with Susie and she answered every question I had clearly and added more information which was a great help. I enjoyed some great help from both. State Farm has helped me understand the many aspects of my coverage. Thank you both."
